International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health
ICF is the WHO classification for describing a person's functioning and disability, organised into body functions, body structures, activities and participation, and environmental factors.
It complements ICD, which classifies the health condition itself, and is used in rehabilitation, disability assessment and social care records.
