ICPC-2
International Classification of Primary Care, 2nd edition
ICPC-2 is the classification designed for general practice, coding the reason for encounter, the problem and the process of care with a chapter letter and two digits (for example K86).
It was developed by WONCA, is part of the WHO family of classifications, and is used in primary care records in countries such as Norway, the Netherlands and Australia, often with a mapping to ICD-10.
