FHIR PractitionerRole resource
PractitionerRole is the FHIR resource that describes what a practitioner does for a particular organisation: the role, specialty, locations, availability and contact details.
It separates the person (Practitioner) from the job, so one doctor working at two clinics has one Practitioner and two PractitionerRoles, which is how provider directories are modelled.
