CareTeam
FHIR CareTeam resource
CareTeam is the FHIR resource that lists the people and organisations who plan or take part in a patient's care, each with a role such as primary care physician, nurse or family caregiver.
A CarePlan points to it to say who is responsible, and USCDI requires care team members to be available through a patient-facing API.
