Xt-EHR
Xt-EHR Joint Action
Xt-EHR is an EU joint action of member states, funded under EU4Health, that prepares the primary use of health data under the European Health Data Space.
It drafts guidelines and technical specifications for interoperable, secure electronic health record systems and the European electronic health record exchange format, covering patient summaries, ePrescriptions, lab results, imaging and discharge reports.
