FHIR FamilyMemberHistory resource
FamilyMemberHistory is the FHIR resource that records health information about a patient's relative, such as the relationship, sex, age and conditions they had, for example a parent's heart disease.
It describes the relative without making them a Patient in the system, and is commonly used for family history sections of a record and for risk assessment tools.
