FHIR Narrative data type
The FHIR narrative is the human-readable XHTML summary stored in a resource's text element, with a status saying whether it was generated from the data or written by hand.
It lets a person read a resource even when their system does not understand all of its codes or extensions, and in documents it is the content that is attested.
