MeasureReport
FHIR MeasureReport resource
MeasureReport is the FHIR resource holding the result of evaluating a Measure for a period: the population counts and score for each group and stratifier, for one patient, a list of patients or a whole population.
It is typically produced by the $evaluate-measure operation and is used to submit quality measure results and aggregate counts to payers, registries and public health agencies.
