Library
FHIR Library resource
Library is the FHIR resource that packages shareable knowledge, most often CQL logic and its compiled ELM form as attachments, together with its parameters and the data it needs.
Measures, PlanDefinitions and other knowledge artifacts reference Libraries for their logic, so the same code can be versioned, shared and reused across several artifacts.
