NDH

National Directory of Healthcare Providers & Services

Updated

NDH is the HL7 FHIR implementation guide for a US national directory of healthcare providers, organisations, services, networks and their electronic endpoints, meant as a single source of truth that local and payer directories copy from.

It defines how providers attest their own data, how it is validated and verified against primary sources such as state licences, and how it is exchanged through FHIR APIs, subscriptions and bulk export.
