FHIR OperationDefinition resource
OperationDefinition is the FHIR resource that formally defines an operation, the $name calls beyond plain create, read, update and delete, with its input and output parameters and whether it runs at system, type or instance level.
The core specification and implementation guides publish them for operations such as $expand or $lookup, and a server lists the operations it supports in its CapabilityStatement.
