SNOMED CT reference set (refset)
A reference set (refset) is the standard SNOMED CT format for listing a group of components or attaching data to them, used for subsets, language preferences and maps to other code systems.
National releases and specialty projects publish refsets so that systems share the same subset of concepts, much as FHIR uses value sets and concept maps.
