APPC
Advanced Patient Privacy Consents (IHE profile)
APPC is an IHE profile for expressing detailed patient privacy consents as machine-readable XACML policies inside a consent document.
It extends the simpler Basic Patient Privacy Consents approach so that a policy can name specific organisations, document types or purposes, and access control engines in a document sharing network can enforce it.
