EEHRxF
European Electronic Health Record exchange format
EEHRxF is the common European format for exchanging electronic health records, first set out in a 2019 Commission recommendation and made binding for priority data categories by the EHDS.
It covers patient summaries, ePrescriptions and eDispensations, laboratory results, imaging reports and discharge reports, and its technical specifications build on standards such as HL7 FHIR and IHE profiles.
