GDHCN
WHO Global Digital Health Certification Network
The GDHCN is WHO's global trust network for verifying digital health documents, built on the EU Digital COVID Certificate system that WHO took over in July 2023.
Countries publish their public signing keys in a directory managed by WHO, so others can check that a vaccination certificate, International Patient Summary or prescription was issued by a recognised authority, while WHO itself does not hold personal data.
