WHO SMART Guidelines
Standards-based, Machine-readable, Adaptive, Requirements-based and Testable guidelines
WHO SMART Guidelines turn WHO recommendations into reusable digital components, such as data dictionaries, decision logic, indicators and interoperability specifications, so that countries can build them consistently into their own digital systems.
They are organised in five layers, from the narrative recommendation to executable components, and the software-neutral digital adaptation kits (for antenatal care, immunization, HIV and other topics) are where most countries start.
