Goal
FHIR Goal resource
Goal is the FHIR resource that records an intended objective for a patient, such as a target blood pressure or a weight to reach, with its status, a due date and optional measurable targets.
It is usually referenced from a CarePlan, and Observation results can be compared against its targets to show progress over time.
