ICD-11 MMS
ICD-11 for Mortality and Morbidity Statistics
ICD-11 MMS is the linearization of ICD-11 that countries actually code with, a tabular list of stem codes such as 5A11 (type 2 diabetes mellitus) drawn from the larger ICD-11 Foundation.
Extension codes can be added to a stem code to record details like severity or laterality, and the WHO publishes it with a free browser, coding tool and API.
