PlanDefinition
FHIR PlanDefinition resource
PlanDefinition is the FHIR resource for shareable definitions of a group of actions, such as an order set, a clinical protocol or a decision support rule, with conditions, timing and dependencies between actions.
The $apply operation turns it into concrete requests for a given patient (a CarePlan or RequestGroup), and it can describe the logic behind a CDS Hooks service, with conditions usually written in CQL.
