Medication
FHIR Medication resource
Medication is the FHIR resource that identifies a medicinal product, with a code, form, ingredients and strengths, and optionally batch number and expiry date.
Prescriptions, dispenses and administrations either reference a Medication or carry a code directly; the separate resource is needed for compounded or multi-ingredient products.
