NK1
Next of Kin segment (HL7 v2)
NK1 is the HL7 v2 segment for a patient's next of kin or associated parties: name, relationship, address, phone numbers and contact role.
A message can carry several NK1 segments, and in FHIR they map to RelatedPerson resources or to the contact element of Patient.
