RCE
Recognized Coordinating Entity (TEFCA)
The RCE is the organisation that runs TEFCA day to day under contract with ONC, a role held by The Sequoia Project, most recently under a five-year contract awarded in August 2023.
It maintains the Common Agreement and the QHIN Technical Framework, reviews applications from networks that want to become QHINs, designates them and monitors them once designated.
