Structured Data Capture
SDC (Structured Data Capture) is the HL7 implementation guide that extends FHIR Questionnaire for real forms: rendering hints, conditional and adaptive questions, calculated answers and value sets.
It also defines how a form is pre-filled from the record and how answers in a QuestionnaireResponse are extracted into resources such as Observation, using expressions in FHIRPath or CQL.
