This page explains how to delete your Anpheros Daily account, developed by Adrian Kereky, together with all the health data in it.
Delete it in the app
- Open Anpheros Daily and sign in.
- Go to Settings › Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone.
Delete it without the app
If you no longer have the app, write to privacy@anpheros.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request by email and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What is deleted
- Your identity (name, email, date of birth, link to authentication) is anonymised immediately.
- All health data (symptoms, measurements, medications, lab results, documents, vaccines, conditions, appointments, pregnancy, family profiles) is removed from the app.
- Photos and files are deleted from storage.
- The assistant's data (conversations and index) is physically removed.
- The sign-in account is deleted.
What is kept, and for how long
- The access log (who opened what, when) is kept without personal data, with internal identifiers only, so that earlier accesses can still be demonstrated (GDPR Article 17(3)(b)).
- Database backups expire after 7 days; deleted files can technically be recovered for at most 7 days.
- Technical logs are kept for 30 days.
You can also delete only some data and keep the account: anything you delete in the app disappears immediately, and data imported from your phone can be removed from Settings › Devices and health data › Disconnect › Delete imported data.
More details are in the privacy policy.
