AL1
Patient Allergy Information segment (HL7 v2)
AL1 is the HL7 v2 segment for one allergy of a patient: allergen type, allergen code or name, severity, reaction and identification date.
Each allergy is a separate AL1 segment, usually in ADT messages, and each maps to a FHIR AllergyIntolerance resource.
