FHIR document
FHIR Bundle of type document
A FHIR document is a Bundle of type document whose first entry is a Composition, followed by every resource the Composition references, so the whole document travels and is stored as one unit.
It is meant to be fixed once issued, can be signed and is identified by Bundle.identifier; the International Patient Summary is a FHIR document, and the format plays the role CDA plays in older systems.
