FHIR R4
FHIR Release 4 (v4.0.1)
FHIR R4 is Release 4 of the HL7 FHIR standard, published in 2019 (current version 4.0.1), and the first release with normative parts that are guaranteed to stay backward compatible.
It is the version most systems and national rules require today, including US Core, the International Patient Summary and many European implementation guides.
