MDM
Medical Document Management (HL7 v2)
MDM is the HL7 v2 message family for clinical documents such as dictated reports and discharge letters: notifying that a document was created, changed or signed, with or without its content.
A TXA segment describes the document and OBX segments can carry the text, and in FHIR the result maps mainly to DocumentReference.
