VXU
Vaccination Record Update (HL7 v2)
VXU is the HL7 v2 message that sends a patient's vaccination records, with RXA segments for each dose given, to an immunisation registry or another system.
It is the standard way clinics report vaccinations to public health registries in the US and several other countries, and it maps to the FHIR Immunization resource.
