BPPC
Basic Patient Privacy Consents
BPPC is the IHE profile for recording that a patient has acknowledged a privacy or consent policy, as a CDA document that refers to the policy by its identifier.
Systems in an XDS domain check those consent documents before sharing; the newer APPC profile and the FHIR Consent resource express more detailed rules.
