CodeSystem
FHIR CodeSystem resource
CodeSystem is the FHIR resource that declares a code system, such as SNOMED CT, LOINC or a local list, with its canonical URL, version and optionally the full list of concepts and their properties.
A Coding refers to it by URL, a ValueSet selects codes from it, and a terminology server uses it to answer $lookup and validation requests.
