EVN
Event Type segment (HL7 v2)
EVN is the HL7 v2 segment that records the trigger event behind an ADT message: the event type code, when it was recorded, when it actually happened and who triggered it.
It sits right after MSH in ADT messages, and in FHIR its details map to a Provenance resource.
