SVS
Sharing Value Sets
SVS is the IHE profile that lets systems download centrally managed value sets, such as the codes allowed in a document field, from a value set repository by identifier and version.
It keeps the code lists used across a national or regional exchange consistent, and FHIR terminology services with ValueSet resources now cover the same need.
