HL7 Terminology (THO)
HL7 Terminology, often called THO, is the HL7 publication that holds the code systems, value sets and naming identifiers shared by FHIR, CDA and HL7 v2, at terminology.hl7.org.
It is versioned separately from the standards so that codes and canonical URLs can be updated without a new FHIR release.
