Short answer: Anpheros is an international personal health record. In the free Anpheros Daily app (iPhone, Android, Mac and the web at app.anpheros.com) you keep your lab results, medicines, vaccinations, symptoms, measurements and documents in one place, for you and your family, in 20 languages, with data stored in the European Union. You decide who sees what: doctors, clinics, apps and AI assistants get access only when you approve it, for a scope and a time, and you can revoke it. On anpheros.com there are free health tools and tests that need no account. For developers, Anpheros Platform offers the same record as standard HL7 FHIR R4 data, with the patient's consent. Anpheros does not diagnose and does not recommend medicines.

What you can do in Anpheros Daily

  • Lab results from any laboratory. Photograph or upload the PDF; each value is kept with its unit, the laboratory's range and its LOINC code, and the same test from different labs lines up on one chart. See the lab results app.
  • Medicines and vaccinations. Scan the box once; reminders on your phone and watch; the list ready for a doctor or pharmacist.
  • Symptoms and measurements. A symptom diary, blood pressure, glucose, weight, temperature, sleep and data from Apple Health, Health Connect and Samsung Health.
  • Your record for a doctor. A one-page summary or PDF, a link that expires, or the International Patient Summary; the page the doctor opens is in their language.
  • An emergency card. The essentials (blood group, allergies, conditions, medicines, contact) on your phone, with a QR code, readable in 20 languages. See the emergency card.
  • Family. A profile for each child or parent you look after.

How the AI assistant works

The assistant in the app reads your own record, with your permission, to explain terms, line up results over time and prepare questions for your doctor. It does not diagnose, does not interpret what your results mean for you and does not recommend medicines; it says when something is worth raising with a doctor. Outside the app, the Anpheros Health connector lets Claude read the parts of your record you allow, read-only, and lets ChatGPT send notes, symptoms and measurements to your record as proposals you accept, without reading it. See connecting ChatGPT and the Claude connector.

Free tools and tests, no account

On anpheros.com: a lab results tracker, a lab unit converter, a question builder for asking ChatGPT or Claude about results safely, a travel medical card in 20 languages, a child fever log, printable symptom, blood pressure and medication logs, an appointment checklist, a medical records request letter, and home tests for vision and hearing. They run in your browser; nothing you type is sent anywhere.

For developers and clinics

Anpheros Platform gives apps, clinics and laboratories an HL7 FHIR R4 and REST API over the same records, with OAuth 2.1 and SMART on FHIR consent, provenance on every write and a free sandbox with synthetic patients. The Anpheros FHIR MCP server is listed in the official MCP registry as com.anpheros/fhir. Documentation: developers.anpheros.com; the technical overview is What is Anpheros, for developers.

Who runs it

Anpheros was founded in 2025 in the European Union by Adrian Kereky and is international from the start. Half of what reaches the company from each subscription goes to partner organisations; revenue, costs and donations are published on the transparency page.

Frequently asked questions

Is Anpheros free?

Yes, the Basic plan is free for your own record, and the tools and tests on anpheros.com need no account. Plus and Max are paid plans for family profiles and more features.

Is Anpheros safe?

Your record is stored in the EU, is not sold or used for advertising, and every access by a doctor, app or AI is approved by you, logged and revocable. Health data is treated as a special category under the GDPR.

Does Anpheros interpret my lab results?

No. It keeps your results with units, ranges and trends and explains what each test measures. What a result means for you is your doctor's assessment.

In which countries does Anpheros work?

In any country. The app and site are available in 20 languages, and results from laboratories in different countries can be kept in one record.

Is Anpheros a medical device?

No. It organises records and shows patterns; it does not diagnose or recommend treatment.

How is Anpheros different from Apple Health or MyChart?

Apple Health collects device data; MyChart shows one provider's records. Anpheros keeps your whole history from any provider, device and country in one record you control, and shares it on your terms. See Anpheros vs Apple Health vs MyChart vs Medisafe.
